2. eBay and Marketplace Information

Memento does not collect or store your eBay password through its eBay API integration.

We use information received from eBay only as reasonably necessary to operate our marketplace activities, provide services, complete transactions, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and support customers.

11. eBay Account Deletion Requests

Memento participates in eBay’s Marketplace Account Deletion notification process.

If eBay notifies Memento that an eBay user has requested closure of their account and deletion of their personal information, Memento will take appropriate action concerning personal information associated with that user in accordance with applicable law and eBay’s developer requirements.

Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized as appropriate.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary to satisfy specific legal obligations, including applicable tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, collections, dispute-resolution, or regulatory requirements. Any information retained for such purposes will be limited to what is necessary for those obligations.
